Wednesday afternoon, Whit, Jodi, Jenni and I met for lunch at Brio. I love my sister and my cousins and I love looking forward to a lunch date. We all grew up together and have always been close. Our dads are cousins so we are technically 2nd cousins, but our dads are really more like brothers and so we all grew up more like sisters and brothers, too. Even as we were having lunch, our dads were driving a bus from South Dakota that Jim had just purchased for one of their daycares. Our dads are always coming up with new adventures to do together...I love that they still have fun together. We try to meet for lunch every year...it's not enough, but it works. Jodi had her 3rd baby two months ago and Jenni is due with her first little girl in a week...so exciting!
