Colt's football team played in the Octoberfest. It was a fun day for us to be together as a family watching lots of football. His team won their first game and then moved on to the next game...and lost, but it was a close game.Colt's had a great year and even played 3-back and was able to run the ball about 30 yards in a game last week. It was the greatest thing to see this little kid who barely weighs 54 lbs run through 4 defenders who should have taken him down and to see him come out of there and continue running until he was finally sacked...dad was so proud of him! We got Subways on the way home because everyone on the sideline joked that Colt's play was the "Subway Play of the Game"...he is such a stud!
This year he chose jersey #45 and had Colt embroidered on his jersey, rather than Sill...he was Colt 45 - just like the bullets his daddy shoots. Pretty cool!
