Sewing Girls...

A few months ago Ashlyn showed me a pillow she had made for Wyatt's zhu zhu pet using my sewing machine. I was pretty impressed with her sewing skills and ingenuity, but didn't think much more of it until my friend mentioned she was starting a sewing class. My girls were ecstatic when I asked them if they wanted to learn to sew. They have been taking lessons for two months now and have made the cutest back pack style bags to carry their sewing stuff in, pj bottoms, awesome pillowcases and this week they will sew a dress. I am thrilled they are loving sewing and learning more than just the basics. Danielle is an amazing teacher and I am so impressed with the skills they've learned in such a short time!
