Some of the spoils from our beautiful garden...lots of beans and tomatoes for bottling, zucchini to make delicious zucchini bread and yummy nectarines and apples to eat. I've also been busy making apricot freezer jam and will soon be bottling our peaches...I am a little worried they will be at their prime the week we are in Costa Rica. Guess I better come back rested so I can get right to work!

Garden Vegetables
Some of the spoils from our beautiful garden...lots of beans and tomatoes for bottling, zucchini to make delicious zucchini bread and yummy nectarines and apples to eat. I've also been busy making apricot freezer jam and will soon be bottling our peaches...I am a little worried they will be at their prime the week we are in Costa Rica.
