A good way to describe our week...lots of shoes at our house, lots of cousins to watch over and lots of adventures! Garrett's sister and Frank are enjoying a week in Italy and so we helped watch their three girls for a few days and my brother and Mandy are in Europe, so we watched their three little ones for a few days...not that much to handle...but it was all at the same time...ten kids 11 and under can be pretty busy!! As we knelt around the table for prayer one night Garrett and I shared a private little smile between the two of us.Sunday night we celebrated McKenna's 11th birthday with grandma and grandpa Sill and great-grandma Sill and one of her favorite cakes which resembles a stack of pancakes...
Monday we walked to the park, fed the horses and spent the morning exploring Legacy Ponds...McKenna and Amanda were such good little mommy's to Kali!
the kids were in heaven playing in the jungle like terrain behind the ponds...
Ashlyn riding her ripstick...she is a master on this thing and rides it wherever she goes
Back at the house McKenna and Amanda spent some time downloading Demi Lovato's songs and singing - they sounded pretty good!
Kali joined in on the fun with the big girls...while Lily colored and the boys, including Natalie, played Legos and even took some of their own pictures...
then Colter, Jacob, Justine, Natalie and Ashlyn painted and made hand puppets in between a little running around to soccer training and swim team....
Colter had to get a picture of his and Jacob's creations...
Later that night, with grandpa Sill irrigating, we headed over to their house for dinner and some wading through the cold, wet grass...Wyatt loved following grandpa wherever he would go!
